Refund Policy/Special Notes: Due to the unique nature of this event and the administrative costs involved, a nonrefundable fee of $300 will be charged to every participant who cancels for any reason at any time. Cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received by Oct. 15, 2017, will receive a full refund, minus the nonrefundable fee. Cancellations received from Oct. 16, 2017 to Dec.15, 2017 will be subject to an $800 penalty plus the nonrefundable fee. There will be no refunds after Dec. 15, 2017. An additional $400 will be charged if a single room is requested. Packages booked after Nov. 1, 2017, may entail additional charges. Changes to existing reservations after Nov. 1, 2017 will also entail additional charges. All participants must sign a medical waiver and standard release form. DHBA Baseball reserves the right to cancel the program if a suitable number of participants fail to enroll. All money will be refunded if for some reason the Fantasy Camp does not take place. It is understood the organizers of the Fantasy Camp are authorized to use photographs taken of the participants at Fantasy Camp for promotional and advertising purposes. It is also understood that some former Pros who have been advertised as attending Fantasy Camp may cancel. Participants who must leave Fantasy Camp because of illness or injury will receive credit for use at future Fantasy Camps.
This is the official Fantasy Camp of the Oakland Athletics and Seattle Mariners and is operated by DHBA Baseball, LLC.
